The Chakras Series - Crown Chakra Sound Healing

~Event Details~

Come join us for the seventh in 'The Chakras Series - Crown Chakra Sound Healing' where we will be learning and chanting the Bija Mantra for the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), chanting the Crown Chakra Vowel Sound and relaxing with restorative Sound Healing instruments. In this Sound Healing event we will be working with Sound to rebalance the Crown/Sahasrara Chakra and to help aid healing of the energy body, physical body and the endocrine system leaving you feeling at peace with oneself and others, blissful, accepting and light.

~What you’ll need~

This event will be broadcast via Zoom. For the best audio experience it is advisable to listen through headphones or a good stereo system so that you can hear and/or feel the instruments in the best possible way for the highest relaxation and healing benefits. You may also wish to create a comfortable space to relax in with blankets, pillows, eye mask and maybe even essential oils. A glass of water would also be advisable for when chanting the mantras and vowel sounds.

***And if you miss the event, don't worry! Once the event has ended and the video has been uploaded, you will be emailed a link to watch it as often as you like for 48 hours afterwards.***
