~Event Details~

Come join myself and the wonderful 'Midlands Yoga' in this ‘Full Moon Sound Bath’ where we will close the door, feather our nests and completely release and relax with a soothing guided meditation using the energies of the full moon leading into a deeply releasing and relaxing Sound Bath.

~What you’ll need~

This event will be broadcast via Zoom. For the best audio experience it is advisable to listen through headphones or a good stereo system so that you can hear and/or feel the instruments in the best possible way for the highest relaxation and healing benefits. You may also wish to create a comfortable space to relax in with blankets, pillows, eye masks and maybe even essential oils.
