1-2-1 Sound Healing - £40
Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound healing experience tailored just for you. In this private one-to-one session held by Becky, insured and highly qualified One-to-One Integral Sound Healing Practitioner and experienced Teacher of Sound Healing you'll relax in a peaceful setting while therapeutic instruments—such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, healing voice, shamanic drum and chimes—are used to create healing vibrations that gently work through the body and mind.
Sound healing helps to calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and bring your body back into a state of harmony. Each session is intuitively guided and designed around your individual needs, whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional release, enhanced clarity or simply deep relaxation.
Sessions typically last up to 60-75 minutes and include guided breathwork, meditation and intention setting.

Reiki Treatment with Elements of Sound Healing - £38
Experience the powerful synergy of energy and vibration in this deeply soothing one-to-one session that blends traditional Reiki with the healing tones of Sound Healing. As you rest fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table, your practitioner will use gentle, hands-on or hands-above Reiki techniques to balance your energy with the additional use of an instrument such as Tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowl/s or Healing Voice to deepen the healing experience.
This unique combination works on both subtle energy fields and the physical body, helping to release tension, clear emotional blockages and restore a sense of calm and alignment. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and intentions, creating space for clarity, renewal, and deep inner stillness.
A wonderfully soothing Reiki treatment with Becky with additional use of either Tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowl/s or Healing Voice to rebalance and regenerate the mind and energy body. These sessions last approximately 60 minutes.

Reiki Healing - £35
Experience deep relaxation and energetic renewal with a personalised Reiki session. In a calm, welcoming environment, you'll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment bed while Becky, insured and certified Usui Reiki practitioner, gently places her hands on or just above your body. This light-touch, energy-based healing technique is designed to balance your energy, release tension and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, ease physical discomfort, or find emotional clarity, Reiki offers a gentle, holistic approach to wellbeing. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more centred and deeply at peace.
