Chakra Dancing

This freeing and releasing session will be facilitated by Becky, Chakra Dancing & Creative Meditation Therapist. Chakra Dancing is free-form, spontaneous dance. A dance of self-discovery and healing which allows you to connect to your inner self, your emotions and your body. Chakra dancing is a great way to release and let go of any unexpressed emotions or blocked energy but best of all to have fun whilst doing so!

Stimulating the natural flow of energy through the chakras, the dance leads to physical and mental well-being. Using a mix of global influences from tribal dancing to Tai Chi, yoga and slow motion body work it gently guides you through the chakras, leaving the body re-energised and in perfect balance. Chakra Dancing isn’t your normal type of exercise class; it’s a dance therapy, a spiritual journey of transformation for your mind, body and soul.

What you'll need:

- Comfortable clothes to move in.

- A drink of water.

- Bare feet or socks with grip (no shoes)

***Please arrive between 7:15-7:30pm as we begin at 7:30pm and the door will be locked after then to maintain a safe space for all. The studio is in Middlemore House Above 'Special Paint Products' and next door to 'MCR Safety'. You can find the venues exact location if searching for 'Chris Om Yoga' on Google Maps as the postcode doesn't take you to the exact location.
