Full Moon Healing Sounds Day Retreat

You are invited to join Becky of Grounded Peace for a fabulous 'Full Moon Healing Sounds Day Retreat' at Saint Mary's Church Hall, Dunstall, a beautiful, quiet spot nestled in beautiful countryside.

This Full Moon Healing Sounds Day Retreat is the perfect time for you to relax, let go of what no longer serves you with the energies of the full moon, feel the joy of sound, mantras and drumming, the peace of sound meditation work and a sound bath and just enjoying the pleasure of being immersed in a multitude of healing sounds for a whole day!

The day includes:

- Welcome & Grounding Sound Meditation

- Opening Ceremony & Working with the Full Moon energies

- Full Moon Gong Bath

- Delicious vegan lunch & sweet treats (tea and coffee will be provided)

- A Drumming Circle for all abilities connecting with the energies of the Full Moon (drums provided but welcome to bring your own frame drum - no drumming experience required!)

- A joyous Mantra Chanting/Kirtan session (no singing experience needed!)

- Relaxing Sound Bath

- Closing Ceremony

What you'll need to bring:

- Yoga mat

- Blanket and pillow/cushion 

- Anything else to make you feel comfortable during the sound bath and meditation (eye pillow, warm socks etc)

- Bottle of water

- Journal and pen

- To wear warm comfortable layers

- And a frame drum if you have one but these will be provided if not

I am very excited to host this full day of Healing Sounds working with the energy of the Full Moon and I am very much looking forward to sharing this wonderful experience with you all. 

Please note that this event is not advisable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), pregnant (particularly 1st trimester) or 14 years or younger.
