This Summer Solstice Day Retreat is the perfect time for you to feel refreshed and energised, celebrate the sun and nature's abundance, connect with mindful movement, meditate, be immersed in healing sounds, flow with creativity, connect with nature and leave feeling refreshed, energised and glowing from within!
