The Chakras Series - Root Chakra Sound Healing

~Event Details~

Come join us for the first in 'The Chakras Series - Root Chakra Sound Healing' where we will be learning and chanting the Bija Mantra for the Root Chakra (Muladhara), chanting the Root Chakra Vowel Sound and relaxing with restorative Sound Healing instruments. In this Sound Healing event we will be working with Sound to rebalance the Root/Muladhara Chakra and to help aid healing of the energy body, physical body and the endocrine system leaving you feeling stable, grounded and supported. 

~What you’ll need~

This event will be broadcast via Zoom. For the best audio experience it is advisable to listen through headphones or a good stereo system so that you can hear and/or feel the instruments in the best possible way for the highest relaxation and healing benefits. You may also wish to create a comfortable space to relax in with blankets, pillows, eye mask and maybe even essential oils. A glass of water would also be advisable for when chanting the mantras and vowel sounds.

***And if you miss the event, don't worry! Once the event has ended and the video has been uploaded, you will be emailed a link to watch it as often as you like for 48 hours afterwards.***
