Come join us for the fifth in 'The Chakras Series - Throat Chakra Sound Healing' where we will be learning and chanting the Bija Mantra for the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), chanting the Throat Chakra Vowel Sound and relaxing with restorative Sound Healing instruments. In this Sound Healing event we will be working with Sound to rebalance the Throat/Vishuddha Chakra and to help aid healing of the energy body, physical body and the endocrine system leaving you feeling an ease of self expression and communication; speaking your truth.
