The Elements Series - Air, Fire, Water, Earth Sound Baths

~Event Details~

Come join us for 'The Elements Series ' where we will experience the elements Air, Fire, Water, Earth over 4 consectutive Fridays. These Sound Baths will be held at 19:00-20:00pm on Friday - 12/02/21 (Air), 19/02/21 (Fire), 26/02/21 (Water), 05/03/21 (Earth). The series of 4 Sound Baths are offered at a discounted price when paying for all 4 at once. These Sound Baths will incorporate sound healing instruments and electronic nature sounds and effects that reflect the feel and visions of the different elements. So allow the sounds to take you on a journey through the elements in these magical Sound Baths.

~What you’ll need~

This event will be broadcast via Zoom. For the best audio experience it is advisable to listen through headphones or a good stereo system so that you can hear and/or feel the instruments in the best possible way for the highest relaxation and healing benefits. You may also wish to create a comfortable space to relax in with blankets, pillows, eye masks and maybe even essential oils.

***And if you miss any of the events, don't worry! Once each event has ended and the video has been uploaded to Vimeo, you will be emailed a link to watch each one as often as you like for 48 hours afterwards.***
