~Event Details~

Come join us for the last in 'The Elements Series - Earth Sound Bath' where we will close the door, feather our nests and ground with the healing sounds. This Sound Bath will incorporate sound healing instruments and electronic nature sounds and effects that reflect the feel and visions of earth - Winter, Grounding, Nurturing & Wisdom. So allow the sounds to take you on a journey in this grounding and nurturing Sound Bath.

~What you’ll need~

This event will be broadcast via Zoom. For the best audio experience it is advisable to listen through headphones or a good stereo system so that you can hear and/or feel the instruments in the best possible way for the highest relaxation and healing benefits. You may also wish to create a comfortable space to relax in with blankets, pillows, eye masks and maybe even essential oils.

***And if you miss the event, don't worry! Once the event has ended and the video has been uploaded to Vimeo, you will be emailed a link to watch it as often as you like for 48 hours afterwards.***
