The Journeys Series - Shamanic Lands Sound Bath

~Event Details~

Come join us for the forth in 'The Journeys Series - Shamanic Lands Sound Bath' where we will close the door, feather our nests and travel to Shamanic Lands with the healing sounds. This Sound Bath will begin with a short guided meditation to start us on our journey and then incorporate intuitively played sound healing instruments with channelled vocals and electronic nature sounds, effects or music that work with the energy and reflect the feel and visions of Shamanic Lands.

~What you’ll need~

This event will be broadcast via Zoom. For the best audio experience it is advisable to listen through headphones or a good stereo system so that you can hear and/or feel the instruments in the best possible way for the highest relaxation and healing benefits. You may also wish to create a comfortable space to relax in with blankets, pillows, eye masks and maybe even essential oils.

***And if you miss any of the events, don't worry! Once each event has ended and the video has been uploaded to Vimeo, you will be emailed a link to watch each one as often as you like until the following Friday (one week).***
